Artists who create art dolls must work with different materials such as clay, fabrics, yarns, wires, and paints, often mastering multiple crafts at once.

2. What’s the difference between an art doll and a puppet?
Puppets are usually made for performance and movement. Art dolls are created purely for visual and artistic expression.
3. Why should I buy an art doll?

4. Why are these dolls expensive?
Each doll takes hours of ultra-careful work, from sculpting to painting and detailing. The idea, materials, craftsmanship, and artistic value all contribute to the price. You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind art work.
5. What materials are used?
MAVCI DOLLS are made from high-quality materials such as polymer clay, acrylic, pastel, oil paints, natural fabrics, wool and various miniature accessories – all selected for durability and artistic quality.
6. If a doll is sold out, will it be restocked?
Each doll is unique and not reproduced. However, a new version based on a similar concept or character can be created upon request.
7. Are all dolls handmade?
Yes, every doll listed on mavcidolls.com is 100% handmade. Each piece is carefully sculpted, painted, and detailed. No mass production – every doll is one of a kind.
8. Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Custom orders are accepted. Whether it’s based on a photo or a unique character idea, a personalized doll can be created just for you. Please, contact for details and pricing.
9. What is the delivery time after I place an order?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–6 business days.
For custom orders, production time depends on the design – usually between 3 to 4 weeks.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination. You’ll be informed of all options during checkout.
11. Are the dolls fragile? Can they be damaged during shipping?
Each doll comes with its own special packaging and custom-sized box.
Every art doll is carefully packaged in a unique box that is made specifically for that doll’s exact size and shape. This ensures both protection during shipping and a beautiful unboxing experience. The packaging is as one-of-a-kind as the doll itself.
12. Can I return or exchange a product?
MAVCIDOLLS products cannot be returned or exchanged. Each doll is a unique, handmade artwork, created with care and attention to detail. For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging. I will submit a claim to the delivery company. In such cases, shipping costs may be covered by them after evaluation.
13. Do you offer workshops?
